How it compares

In line with the $580 median for $25K futures challenges at other firms.

What the rules mean in practice

  • To pass, grow the $25K account by $1,500 (6%) without breaking a loss limit.
  • On any single day you can lose up to $500 (2%). Check Bulenox's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
  • The account fails if you lose $1,500 (6%). This is end-of-day trailing drawdown: the loss limit moves up once a day, based on your end-of-day balance, and ignores swings during the session.
  • Consistency rule: None to pass; Master payouts need the best day at or below 40% of the period's profit
  • At a 90% split, you need about 0.64% return on the funded account to earn back the $145 fee.
  • Option 2 on the pricing page: same prices, targets and drawdown amounts as Option 1, but the drawdown only moves after the close, based on the closing balance.
  • The daily loss limit ($500, $1,100, $2,200 or $3,300) counts realized and open P&L plus commissions; reaching it stops trading until the next session and is not a rule breach.
  • The contract limit depends on cash on hand above the starting balance and can fall again if the balance drops; see the scaling plan.
  • On the Master Account the drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100, and the daily loss limit is removed at the same point.
  • Master activation fees and payout rules are the same as for the trailing-drawdown option.

This is our reading of Bulenox's published rules. The firm's own terms always take priority. See the full Bulenox rules.
