What the rules mean in practice
- There is no evaluation. You trade a funded $25K account from day one, so the loss limits are the only rules between you and a payout.
- On any single day you can lose up to $500 (2%). Check AquaFunded's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose $1,000 (4%). This is equity trailing drawdown: the loss limit rises with your highest equity, including open profit, so it follows unrealised gains too.
- Consistency rule: None
- At a 90% split, you need about 1.95% return on the funded account to earn back the $439 fee.
- The 4% maximum loss trails the highest equity reached.
- Withdrawable profit is capped at 5% of the starting balance per payout cycle. Profit above the cap is removed when the payout is processed.
- The account is closed if combined floating loss reaches 1% of the starting balance.
- The Instant Flex article does not mention a 100% split add-on.
