What the rules mean in practice
- To pass, grow the €25K account by €2,500 (10%) without breaking a loss limit.
- On any single day you can lose up to €750 (3%). Check BrightFunded's rules for whether that is measured from the day's starting balance or equity, because open trades count.
- The account fails if you lose €1,500 (6%). This is equity trailing drawdown: the loss limit rises with your highest equity, including open profit, so it follows unrealised gains too.
- Consistency rule: None
- At a 80% split, you need about 0.99% return on the funded account to earn back the €197 fee.
- Payouts: first payout 30 days after the first funded trade, then every 14 days; weekly and bi-weekly add-ons available.
- Account balances are denominated in US dollars; the listed fees are in euros.
- The 6% maximum loss trails the highest equity reached in real time, including floating profit, and locks at the starting balance once equity is 6% above it.
- Daily loss is 3% of the original balance, measured from the higher of start-of-day balance or equity.
